Blog Social Networking
Corporations can use blog social networking as a way of communicating to clients and consumers. Blogging acts as one platform to provide periodic updates to clients and consumers. In the article "Social Networking Technology Boosts Job Recruiting" by Frank Langfitt, he explains how blog social networking companies like Linkedin is beneficial to society by providing a common platform focused on job recruiting. Linkedin acts as a social media platform where people can update their educational and professional background to network allowing more exposure. With the upside, there is a downside to these platforms as stated in an article by Hilary Stout, "Antisocial Networking?" People spend most of their time on these social media platforms, that less time are actually spent through physical interactions, especially kids. I believe that this evolving technology might one day lead to full virtual interactions between one another causing people to lose their social abilities.
