Social networking sites

Social media has grown popularity over the past few years. Most popular social networking sites include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. When Facebook and Twitter started out, it was a tool used to connect with family, friends, colleagues, etc. It was a platform where people were able to connect and stay in touch with others from different parts of the world, much like MySpace. Facebook allow users to post blogs on their timeline so people may follow and similarly, Instagram and Snapchat provides snip bits of a place and time for people to follow but through photos and videos. Instagram and Facebook allows users to post pictures but later adopted the format to allow users to post videos like Snapchat. Twitter is strictly blogging and lacks the other features of Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram but they are allow users to blog in different ways.
